The bank has my money. Checking. Savings. IRA. I am supposed to get service. Real service. Not this digitized garbage. I want a real banker who offers real service. They took away a customer friendly credit card and replaced it with one that is only friendly to them. I am now suspicious that they are not really taking care of me or my money. I am now looking for a new bank or credit union.
